Sermon Overview
Reidhead challenges the "entertainment" model of modern worship. He defines worship as "Worth-ship"—attributing to God the glory due His name. He argues that worship is the primary work of the Church, where the believer focuses entirely on the Attributes of God, seeking His pleasure rather than personal "blessings" or emotional highs.
Key Principles

Ministering to Lord:Redefine worship as "Worth-ship"—the act of ministering to God’s heart rather than your own.

Theocentric vs. Anthro:Reject "man-centered" entertainment; focus your entire attention on the attributes of the Father.

Spirit and Truth: Rely on the Holy Spirit to lead your worship, grounding it in the objective Truth of the Word.

Attributes as Fuel: Use the "Holiness, Justice, and Love" of God as the specific fuel for your praise.

Moving to Beholding:Shift your posture in church from "Asking" God for things to "Beholding" who He is.

Resident Teacher:Depend on the Spirit to reveal the specific beauty of Christ during your times of praise.

Silence and Awe:Incorporate "Silence and Reverence" into your worship; refuse to rush through the sanctuary.
