Sermon Overview
Reidhead outlines the "Apostolic Principles" for missions: 1. The Glory of God as the motive, 2. The Power of the Spirit as the means, 3. The Local Church as the sender, and 4. The Unreached as the target. He argues that missions must be "Theocentric" and "Spiritual" rather than merely organizational or philanthropic.
Key Principles

Motive of Pleasure: Re-orient missions from "human philanthropy" to the "Primary Pleasure of the King."

Means of Anointing:Refuse to use "humanistic methods"; rely solely on the "Anointing of the Spirit" to reach the lost.

Apostolic Teams: Model your outreach on "Teams and Local Churches" rather than independent spiritual "stars."

Target the Unreached:Make "Every Nation and Tribe" your priority, focusing your resources on the "darkest" places.

Sacrificial Cost: Accept the "Blood, Sweat, and Tears" of missions as the normal price for the Global Harvest.

Evangelization Priority:Shift your focus from "civilizing" people to "evangelizing" them with the message of the Cross.

Indigenous Principle:Aim to plant "indigenous" churches that are self-governing and self-propagating from the start.

Harvest Urgency: Live with the "haste" required of the King’s business; treat the current generation as your priority.
